Chapter 25 Book Club

A SITE FOR SORE EYES

Chapter 25 is a community that unites book lovers across the UK through engaging monthly meet-ups and virtual gatherings. It’s not just about reading, it’s about the joy and connection when book lovers come together.

A club that welcomes every kind of reader because they appreciate that the best discussions come from different perspectives. Their mission is to create place where stories spark new friendships, laughter fills the room, and everyone feels at home.

We designed and built a website for Chapter 25 that encompasses their growing businesses needs in a friendly, accessible and user-friendly way, ensuring the energy of their brand flows through the screen.

THE EVERYTHING LANDING PAGE + BESPOKE

SheMadeIt is a bi-monthly book box subscription service designed for bookish gals. Every two months, subscribers receive a curated box featuring a carefully selected book alongside gorgeous bookish gifts.

Beyond the boxes, SheMadeIt fosters a vibrant community through monthly book chats and events, creating a space for subscribers to connect and share their love for reading.

We designed a welcoming, friendly and girly website that really reflects SheMadeIt’s energy and passion for all things bookish and feminine.

Wordy & Wild

A SITE FOR SORE EYES

Wordy & Wild is a monthly book box made for bookworms. Every month subscribers get a carefully chosen paperback paired with beautiful, hand-drawn bookish goodies, cosy bookmarks, art prints, mugs and more, designed by Alice.

We built Wordy & Wild’s website to mirror the same cosy, creative energy, but without losing sight of how people actually use the site. Focusing on the customer journey while still feeling fun to explore.The clear CTAs and a clean layout make shopping and subscribing easy. Due to most customers browsing on their phones we prioritised a mobile-first, responsive experience so the site looks and feels lovely on every screen.

The key is in the name! Everything you need to house on your website in one flowing page. This is perfect for businesses who need more of a shop window as opposed to a fully fleshed out and intricate website design with lots of different pages.

Our website design process

Step 1:

DISCOVERY CALL

Whether you’ve seen a package that you think will suit your businesses needs or you’d like something bespoke, reach out using our contact form to get the ball rolling! We‘ll look through your application, and set up a discovery call to get into the nitty gritty.

Step 2:

ON-BOARDING

If you decide to move forward with your project, after the Discovery Call, we’ll invite you to your client portal where you’ll find your contract and non-refundable deposit invoice. Once these have been completed we have kick off!

Step 3:

GET CREATIVE

The next step is the Creative Direction! To begin, you’ll fill out the creative direction questionnaire in your client portal. This is also the stage where you’ll provide us with all of the website copy and imagery you have for your website design before the design process begins.

Step 4:

FLAT LAY

We begin with the flat lay design which will give you an idea of your website’s overall design style before we begin the official web build. This will be presented to you in a few different ways so you can see the overall design as well as the customer journey.

Step 5:

THE WEB BUILD

Once you’re happy with the flat lay design direction, we will begin the website build! This is where we will create the full website design. We’ll then arrange a call to discuss feedback. This stage is inclusive of 2 rounds of revisions.

Step 6:

SIGN OFF

Once you’re happy with your new website, we’ll align a launch date and ensure that we’re on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re also available for 2-3 weeks post-project in case any little tech demons arise!
