Our branding + website design process

Step 1:

DISCOVERY CALL

If the “We’re All In This Together” package feels like it will suit your businesses needs, reach out using our contact form to get the ball rolling! We‘ll look through your enquiry, and set up a discovery call to get into the nitty gritty.

Step 2:

ON-BOARDING

If you decide to move forward with your project, after the Discovery Call, we’ll invite you to your client portal where you’ll find your contract and non-refundable deposit invoice. Once these have been completed we have kick off!

Step 3:

GET CREATIVE

The next step is the branding Creative Direction! To begin, you’ll fill out the discovery questionnaire in your client portal, this is a more in-depth look into your business and gives us the opportunity to see your vision. We’ll present two creative directions for you to choose from.

Step 4:

BRANDING

Once you’ve chosen the Creative Direction, the design process begins. Don’t worry, you’ll get to share feedback and amendments along the way, this is inclusive of two rounds of revisions.

Step 5:

BRANDING SIGN OFF

Once you’re happy with your new brand identity we’ll package up all files for you and they will be uploaded to your Client Portal for you to download. And that’s a wrap on branding and we’re ready to start the website side of the project!

Step 6:

WEBSITE BEGINS

The next step is the website Creative Direction! To begin, you’ll fill out the creative direction in your client portal. This is also the stage where you’ll provide us with all of the website copy and imagery you have for your website before the design process begins.

Step 7:

FLAT LAY

We begin with the flat lay design which will give you an idea of your website’s overall design style before we begin the official web build. This will be presented to you in a few different ways so you can see the overall design as well as the customer journey.

Step 8:

THE WEB BUILD

Once you’re happy with the flat lay design direction, we will begin the website build! This is where we will create the full website design. We’ll then arrange a call to discuss feedback. This stage is inclusive of 2 rounds of revisions.

Step 9:

WEBSITE SIGN OFF

Once you’re happy with your new website, we’ll align a launch date and ensure that we’re on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re also available for 2-3 weeks post-project in case any little tech issues arise!
